The way they worded it, it’s probably hardware, not a game. Who knows with SONY? Maybe it’s Netflix on PS3, maybe it’s backwards compatibility, but it’s most likely either a price change of some sort for PS2 or MAYBE it’s the next version of the PSP, in competition with the DSi.

That all future consoles sold, of all future versions will be able to connect with your home wifi to search your computer for copyrighted music. They will then delete such files and replace them with viruses and child porn.

It has to be a price cut, they just flat out NEED to cut the price of the PS3, sales are down and it’s too much to ask for in the current “economic climate” (I feel dirty saying that)

let me guess what Sony will say:
1. sudden price drop of PS3 and PSP because of financial crisis
2. slim version of PS3
3. possible connection with the network
4. possible upgrade or improvements of PS3 components
5. the big nightmare for Sony employees
6. slowdown of PS3 production
7. integration of Sony Ericsson and PSP in 1

maybe it’s a joke for us on April Fool’s day. but let’s find out what is the response from Sony.

While I hope it’s a PS3 price cut I have a gut feeling it’ll be either a PS2 price cut or a new PSP… probably both, but I don’t see them dropping the price of PS3 anytime this year, as they’re already hemorrhaging money with every unit sold.
