The following ones are possible, although quite rare: back pain, fainting, shortness of breath, sudden hearing loss, chest pain, vision changes, feeling light-headed, seizure, irregular heartbeat, swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet, and ringing in your ears. Make sure you tell your doctor if you think Cialis is not being efficient for you, but do not take a higher dose based on your own judgment.
